About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Operations to take on a pivotal role in directing and leading all hands-on operational needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales and profit expectations, forecasting business trends, and driving profitability at various levels. This role involves leading initiatives to grow the brand, improving average unit volume, and ensuring overall system profitability. The VP of Operations will also be tasked with motivating, coaching, and developing the Operations Directors, as well as ensuring compliance with company and brand standards. Applicants for the VP of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in restaurant operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a franchise environment. A consistent record of meeting operational commitments is essential, and experience in restaurant marketing is a plus. The role requires strong financial acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, be adept at using Microsoft Office, and have expert-level skills with various operational point-of-sale systems. The VP of Operations will be expected to maintain budget controls, develop operating standards, and ensure that the company's culture and core values are represented at all times.
