What You’ll DoServe as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and support throughout the legal proce ss.Coordinate with insurance companies, medical providers, and internal team members to keep cases moving forwa rd.Maintain organized and accurate case files within the firm's case management syst em.Gather and manage important documentation, including medical records, wage loss information, and insurance corresponden ce.Assist clients with scheduling appointments and connecting them with appropriate resourc es.Monitor case progress, identify outstanding items, and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are m et.Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to deliver an exceptional client experien ce.
