Operations Specialist

Overview Summary The Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for the execution of Corporate Operations projects. Takes on special projects as assigned. Attributes Be operationally sound and technologically capable to understand and identify technical issues Excellent computer skills to coordinate projects, gather data and produce documentation High-attention-to-detail, flexibility, follow-through and organizational skills Excellent analytical skills to effectively assess and communicate/explain the data they collect Strong problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Be able to adapt successfully to change in a leading-edge, emerging environment Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure and to efficiently deal with multiple priorities simultaneously Responsibilities Effectively test, greenlight and configure the software managed by the Operations Team and other tools and systems to automate and streamline workflows and processes Ensure creation of reports and KPIs that detail the effectiveness and business impact from operational activities Utilize Company tools (Wrike, Jira, BaseCamp, Outlook, etc.) to manage and log related tasks in a timely manner Document, review and revise internal operational procedures as neededResponsible for project coordination Other projects as assigned Other Requirements May be required to attend and participate in professional development activities, customer or industry-related events both in and outside the company. Qualifications Associate degree in Management, Business or a related field 2+ years D365 ERP/CRM integration experience required 2+ years operational support experience 2+ years demonstrated experience writing, analyzing and editing documentation of business processes Superior knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Excel, Word & Powerpoint Knowledge and experience with Wrike or other project management tool NetSuite, Shopify and HubSpot experience preferred Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug and background screen What IQAir offers At IQAir, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The pay range for this position is between $78,000 - $83,000 per year and most new hires start at $78,000. Your salary will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience.
