Yield Enhancement Lab Technician - Semiconductor Testing & Analysis

Micron Technology Inc

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Product Yield Enhancement Lab Technician to support yield improvement and failure analysis in the Characterization Lab. You will run advanced semiconductor test flows, analyze data, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to improve quality and reliability.

Responsibilities include operating burn-in and characterization equipment, applying Linux-based tools, and documenting findings while driving continuous lab efficiency and safety improvements.
