What You'll Do

As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service while helping strengthen customer relationships and improve retention.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing policyholders.

Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage updates.

Conduct proactive policy reviews to ensure customers have the right protection for their changing needs.

Educate clients on policy options, available discounts, and coverage enhancements.

Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care.

Support customer retention by delivering an outstanding service experience.

Identify opportunities to strengthen accounts through appropriate coverage recommendations and cross-selling when it benefits the client

Process policy transactions accurately and maintain organized customer records.

Work closely with agency team members to ensure every customer receives exceptional service.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Minimum of 6 months of insurance agency or insurance customer service experience.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Comfortable using agency management systems and computer software.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Able to encourage and prioritize client retention
