Licensed Pharmacist Contract Position

We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you'll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have State License to Apply
• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
• Licensed by the state pharmacy board

Assignment Details:

• Weekdays: 10am to 6pm
• Weekends: 12pm to 4pm
• Two weekend scheduled shifts per month on a four-week rotation
• Three to four on-call evenings per week
• On-call hours are 6pm to 10am on weekdays and 4pm to 12pm on weekends
• Weekend and PTO coverage required
• Assignment is on an as-needed basis
