Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Overview Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide therapeutic services to adults, children, and adolescents in a hybrid clinic setting in Seattle and surrounding areas. The position offers flexible scheduling, part‑time or full‑time options, and opportunities for professional growth through CEUs and a performance‑based incentive plan. Responsibilities Deliver evidence‑based individual and couples therapy to clients with a range of mental health concerns. Maintain accurate documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with state and agency policies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses, to coordinate patient care. Participate in quality assurance activities and continual improvement initiatives. Qualifications Fully licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Experience working with adult or child and adolescent populations. Demonstrated ability to provide individual and/or couples therapy. Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence. Benefits Competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential; base salary $90,000–$115,000.
