Shift and Schedule Requirements

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be required to obtain an active State of Hawaii license upon acceptance of the job offer. Candidates must possess a Hawaii license by the start of the assignment.

General Responsibilities

Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients, both in outpatient and inpatient settings.
Plan and implement ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by the ordering physician.
Regularly update treatment plans and home exercise programs.
Independently manage a full caseload and demonstrate knowledge of when to perform re-evaluations based on insurance authorizations.
Work on Hawaii State and Federal Holidays as necessary based on hospital operations.

Equipment Utilized

EMR: Net Health Therapy and Meditech.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience working with adults in outpatient and acute settings.
Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross.

Additional Information

Candidates must arrive the Thursday before the start date for an employee health appointment scheduled for Friday. Please ensure that you can be present on time before accepting the offered start date.
