Key Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing coding and enhancing components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to build knowledge and support the team while actively participating in problem solving discussions. Execute assigned development tasks with attention to detail and quality while following established processes. Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and contribute to effective software solutions. Identify and resolve common issues independently seeking guidance when necessary to ensure continuous learning. Contribute to team discussions by sharing insights and recognizing recurring patterns in software development. Maintain clear and organized documentation to support knowledge sharing and project continuity. Basic Qualifications: 6+ months of work experience Beginner proficiency in Python Automation UX Design skills SDLC understanding React.JS understanding High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: Beginner proficiency in Custom Application Development Beginner proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management ITSM and Software Design Solutions Certified UX designer Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
