PHYSICIAN- PEDIATRIC NEUROLOGY MEDICAL DIRECTOR Full Time

Job Title: Pediatric Neurologist – Medical Director Dolly Parton Children’s Hospital is seeking a full‑time pediatric neurologist to serve as Medical Director for a well‑established practice consisting of 7 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider. The role will be instrumental in launching our state‑of‑the‑art epilepsy monitoring unit. The position is 90% clinical and 10% administrative. Responsibilities Lead clinical care for pediatric neurological patients, including inpatient care (PICU, NICU, hospital floors) and scheduled inpatient EEG monitoring. Manage outpatient clinic services and support consultative, diagnostic and treatment functions. Participate in the development and execution of the epilepsy monitoring unit. Serve as the primary clinical educator, providing faculty training and oversight. Coordinate administrative duties as required for the management of the practice. Qualifications Board‑certified in pediatric neurology. Minimum 3 to 5 years of leadership or management experience. Must be able to obtain an unrestricted Tennessee medical license.
