Job Description

We are hiring a General Cleaner for a short-term opportunity in Menomonee Falls, WI. This is a stable, consistent evening shift with the opportunity to be hired on permanently based on attendance, performance, and reliability.

This role is ideal for someone who values routine, takes pride in clean environments, and is looking for short-term employment.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, restrooms, and breakrooms
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash
• Refill supplies (paper products, soap, etc.)
• Follow all safety and cleaning procedures
• Maintain a professional presence on-site
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks independently and efficiently

Schedule & Pay

Shift: Monday–Friday Hours: 6:00 PM – 12:30 AM Pay Rate: $14.45/hour Overtime: As needed, based on client needs Duration: 3 Month Assignment

Requirements

• Ability to work the full scheduled shift consistently
• Reliable transportation (evening shift)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–40 lbs
• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus (not required)
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
