You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. If you are energetic, goal-oriented, and sales-minded, we are excited to harness your talents in this rewarding opportunity to build your career.Responsibilities:Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.Qualifications:Sales experience preferredProperty & Casualty license required within 45 days of employment.Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team membersProactive in problem-solvingBilingual Spanish preferredCompensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
