Position Summary:
The Food Service Worker 2 assists with food preparation and sanitation for all the Dining Operations. This
position is responsible for Food Service prep as needed for clean-up, set-up and stocking of dining areas.
Additionally, this position will include training of student labor including enforcement of department policies and
sanitary and safe food service procedures. This position will operate and maintain the dish machine and direct
students operating the dish machine, keep the dish room clean and organized, routinely Cashier and stock
food in Retail shops and production areas as needed. Lastly, this position will be Barista as needed.


Required Qualifications:
Must be able to read, write and calculate simple math problems
Knowledge of dry and liquid measuring units used in recipes.
Ability to act as a lead worker over student workers, to work harmoniously with co-workers and be able


to meet daily meal time demands.
Foodservice experience
Familiar with all major kitchen equipment and open to learning new techniques of production
Able to read and write in English
Open to feedback
