Title
Instrumentation Coordinator - Sterile Processing

Schedule
1st Shift Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years sterile processing or relevant OR/ASC experience
- Trauma Level II experience
- Travel experience
- Required certifications: CBSPD or CRCST
- Experience with Medivator, Censitrac, Sterrad, steam sterilization
- Proficient in instrument/tray assembly and packaging
- Familiarity with manual cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, washers/sterilizers
- Skilled in scope reprocessing (EGD, ERCP, colonoscopes, bronchoscopes, EBUS/EUS, etc.)
- Knowledge of robotics/DaVinci instrumentation
- Understanding of sterilization monitoring and indicators (chemical/biological)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee decontamination and assembly of instruments, including drills, robotic/DaVinci systems, and scopes.
- Manage sterilization processes, including Sterrad and steam sterilization, and maintain sterile storage.
- Conduct high-level disinfection and endoscope reprocessing using Medivator and Scope Buddy.
- Liaise with OR teams to ensure instrument/tray standardization across healthcare facilities.
- Utilize the Censitrac tracking system for instrument management.
- Support multiple reprocessing sites across the healthcare system.

Compliance / Notes
- Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only).
- Strict compliance deadline for credentialing and fingerprinting is the Tuesday prior to start date.
- Candidates must complete necessary fingerprinting immediately after booking.
- Two professional references required; at least one must be a manager/director or formal leader.
