Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director to plan, direct and oversee maintenance of the community’s physical plant, ensuring compliance with life-safety codes and supervising HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and general upkeep. The role requires on-call availability since the building operates 24/7.
