Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility in Franconia, NH Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Hampshire physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Ability to manage caseloads that include post-acute rehabilitation and chronic care patients. Current CPR certification preferred. Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with outcome measurement tools and documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred. Assignment Details Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Shift hours: 0800-1630. Guaranteed weekly hours: 36.
