Senior Labor Management Relations Counsel

Overview The role requires significant experience representing management in traditional labor matters, encompassing labor relations strategy, collective bargaining negotiations, grievance administration, labor arbitrations, union organizing campaigns, day-to-day employment counseling, and labor issues arising in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Experience representing employers in administrative trials before the National Labor Relations Board is a plus. Essential skills include strong writing, analytical, and client counseling abilities.
