Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a proactive marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas into completed projects. This position plays a key role in maintaining the company's market presence, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed consistently and professionally. What You'll Own Maintain and enhance the company's digital presence, including website content, campaign pages, and performance tracking. Organize and manage ongoing communications across professional networking platforms, email outreach, and company news updates. Capture completed projects and customer successes, transforming them into compelling stories, project spotlights, and promotional content. Provide marketing support for sales initiatives by keeping collateral, presentations, and customer-facing materials accurate and up to date. Coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions, including planning, logistics, and post-event activities. Work closely with external creative resources such as designers, videographers, and web partners to deliver projects on schedule. Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and future growth. What Makes You Successful Several years of experience supporting marketing, communications, branding, or content-driven initiatives. Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences. Experience working with website content management systems and digital marketing best practices. Familiarity with professional social media channels and audience engagement strategies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Comfortable collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Additional Experience That Stands Out Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, technical manufacturing, engineering, or other highly regulated industries. Knowledge of website performance tracking, search optimization, and digital reporting tools. Experience coordinating creative projects and providing direction to outside agencies. Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or lead generation programs. Background supporting video, multimedia, or branded content development.
