A Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient care is sought in Southington, Connecticut. - Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; a minimum of 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; active applicable license for the State of Connecticut.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with outpatient therapy; successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization.
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Additional Information: The role involves completing comprehensive patient evaluations, adhering to all regulatory and organizational policies, participating in professional development, and providing high-quality patient care within signed physician orders. Candidates should maintain professional licensure in good standing and follow all safety and performance improvement initiatives.
