Security OfficerThe Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the Hospital staff, patients and visitors as well as ensuring the physical security of all Hospital buildings and equipment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesInteracts with visitors, patients and staff in a professional courteous manner. Observes and enforces all hospital policies, rules and regulations.Observes visitors and patients. Manages any unusual circumstances or difficulties. Maintains visitor control inside and outside of the hospital.Assists with Codes and Stats. Restrains patients when needed and monitors for future disturbances.Conducts routine door checks.Maintains logs and reports.Monitors cameras and alarms as needed.
