Sunday Reference Librarian

Job Description: The Greenley Library has an opening for an adjunct reference librarian for Fall 2026, Sundays, 1pm-9pm. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and reference assistance to students and faculty members in finding library materials, using the library's online resources, and citing sources. Responsibilities include: assisting in-person patrons, answering the reference desk phone, responding to online reference questions, and tracking patron statistics. Position includes closing the library. Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

MLS from an ALA accredited institution. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse faculty, staff, and student body. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in an academic library. Knowledge of college-level reference services and resources.
