WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least ten plus (10+) years of experience on Pharma and Capital Projects Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communications) Experience in: Scope of Works and RFPs development Schedule development and update Cost Estimate analysis and development Change orders analysis and negotiation Cash flow management and cost control SAP Engineering Design Review General contractors and Sub-contractors The Personality Part: Our Next Piece is someone who treats everyone they meet like family, especially our resources, clients and team members. Manage budgets and applicable cross-functional team members. Manage all aspects of projects including the scope development, initial design, acquiring permits, bidding process and proposal evaluation. Create budget, scheduling construction, overseeing field operations, change control, commissioning, and validation process. Coordination required with production areas to achieve project schedule objectives. Develop status reports, cost estimates, and resource plans.
