Bilingual Call Center Specialist — Guest Solutions

Disney

Disney is seeking a Call Center Representative in Topeka, USA to handle a high volume of guest calls and inquiries. You will provide direct, single-step solutions and operate resort call center systems to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires fluency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua, a Bachelor's degree, and full-time availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior experience in hotels or tourism is preferred.
