Flexible Schedule: 20 Hours / Week - $615 / Week

This role ensures that all units, common areas, building systems, and grounds are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Duties include repairs, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, and responding to service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Unit Maintenance and Repairs

1.  Perform routine and emergency repairs including:

• Plumbing (leaks, clogs, fixtures)
• Electrical (outlets, light fixtures, breakers)
• HVAC troubleshooting (filter changes, basic diagnostics)
• Appliance Repair (refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers)
• Carpentry (doors, trim, cabinets)
• Painting and patching

2.       Complete unit turnover work between resident move outs, including repairs.

Preventative Maintenance

1.    Conduct regular inspections of:

• HVAC systems
• Water Heaters
• Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors
• Fire safety equipment
• Roofs, gutters, exterior siding

2.    Maintain preventive maintenance logs and ensure compliance with property standards

Grounds and Common Areas

1.       Maintenance cleanliness and functionality of:

• Hallways and stairwells
• Fitness rooms
• Parking lots and sidewalks

2.       Perform minor landscape maintenance (trash pickup, snow/ice treatment, clearing branches or debris)
