The RN will utilize strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to triage patients, coordinate care, and provide life-saving interventions as needed. Key Responsibilities Conduct rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity. Triage patients effectively and recognize life-threatening conditions. Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders. Monitor patient status and communicate changes promptly. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Assist with emergency procedures and interventions. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Adhere to emergency department policies, procedures, and best practices.
