This technical position is involved in the planning, development, testing and implementation phases of application development and vendor implementations to include data integration components. This includes partnering with third party vendor resources to support all NMHC Systems. The Programmer Analyst works with Database Administrators to design database table structures based on NMHC developed application needs to include reporting, interfaces and automation programs. The Programmer Analyst works closely with IT Application, IT Infrastructure and IT Customer Support staff to provide application support.hands-on Program Analyst to support and enhance critical integration platforms and infrastructure systems in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, working with file transfers and interfaces, and partnering across teams to keep data flowing reliably.RequirementsEducation• BS or BA degree in Information Technology, Healthcare or related business degree or, Certified/Associate degree with 3 years' related application use in business or healthcare work experience. Experience• Minimum 3 years development experience in a large organization
