Overview


We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through strategic influencer partnerships. This role requires creativity, relationship-building, and data-driven execution to amplify our digital presence.


Key Responsibilities

• Influencer identification : Research and evaluate influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with brand values and target audience.
• Campaign management : Plan, negotiate, and execute influencer collaborations, including sponsored posts, product reviews, and brand activations.
• Content coordination : Collaborate with influencers to ensure authentic, engaging, and brand-compliant content.
• Performance tracking : Monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI; prepare reports and insights for stakeholders.
• Relationship building : Maintain long-term partnerships with influencers and nurture new collaborations.
• Trend monitoring : Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer niches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or influencer management.
• Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or similar.
