DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional overtime opportunities available.

Your day will revolve around ensuring our systems work flawlessly-keeping the benefits web portal up to date and accurate while coordinating ID card setup, review, and distribution with precision. You'll manage benefit configurations, respond to inquiries from HR teams, brokers, and providers, and troubleshoot technical issues that impact user access. Each task you complete contributes to a seamless experience for our clients, making your role essential to our success.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred:

• 2–5 years in self-funded insurance
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Knowledge of benefit plans and eligibility processes will stand out
