(CRCSI) is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to provide group therapy and behavioral interventions at our New Directions program.If you have a background as a Mental Health Therapist, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), we encourage you to apply!What You'll DoLead Engaging Group Therapy: Deliver impactful sessions that promote emotional growth and resilience.Behavior Management: Implement individualized strategies to help children regulate emotions and behaviors in the classroom.Symptom Reduction: Work toward alleviating mental health symptoms to improve functioning at home, school, and in the community.Collaborative Care: Partner with educators, families, and treatment teams to support each child's success.Program GoalsTherapeutic Environment: Provide mental health treatment alongside academic support.Preventive Care: Reduce the need for inpatient psychiatric hospitalization or residential treatment.Step-Down Services: Help children transition smoothly from higher levels of care.Educational Support: Operate a PA Department of Education Licensed Private Academic School serving K-12 students.Why You'll Love Working With UsWork-Life Balance: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM.
