Generative AI Support Specialist

Generative AI Support Specialist Harnham, the leading recruitment specialist in Data and AI, is currently partnering with a well-established organization within the financial intelligence and analytics sector. They are investing heavily in enterprise AI capabilities and are seeking a Generative AI Support Specialist to help scale adoption, enhance user enablement, and maximize the value of generative AI technologies across the business.

- Role: Generative AI Support Specialist
- Location: New York (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
- Pay: $60-75 per hour
- Length: 3-6 months
- Utilization: 40 hrs/week
- Benefits: W2 employees are eligible for health, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.
- Serve as the primary expert for enterprise generative AI platforms, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex AI-related support requests.
- Administer enterprise AI environments, including user provisioning, permissions, analytics, and governance controls.
- Coach users on effective prompting techniques, AI best practices, and responsible AI usage.
- Partner with business teams to identify opportunities for AI-enabled process improvements and workflow optimization.
- Develop documentation, implementation guides, knowledge articles, and solution recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or enterprise generative AI platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering and advanced AI workflow design.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work directly with business users and translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with Python, APIs, automation tools, integrations, agentic AI systems, multi-agent workflows, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI governance and responsible AI practices.
