Proficiency with clinical systems and tools such as EDC, CTMS, eTMF, IRT/RTSM, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to travel domestically and internationally if necessary. Ability to work across global time zones (including APAC). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organization and follow-through, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate issues and recommendations clearly. Collaborative teamwork that builds trust across disciplines, invites input, and supports timely, well-informed decisions. Operational discipline, including working independently, accurate tracking, clear documentation, proactive follow-up, and thoughtful use of data and risk-based thinking. Adaptability and learning agility in the face of ambiguity, changing priorities, and the hands-on work required to support an emerging pipeline.
