Surgery - Thoracic Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Locum Tenens Physician Assistant in Cardiothoracic Surgery in Lebanon, PA.

Locum Tenens Physician Assistant - Cardiothoracic Surgery

Shift: 24-hour call; Friday 5:00 PM Monday 7:00 AM

Start Date: 10/23/2026

End Date: Ongoing

Position Details:

Patient Population: Adults, 18+

Setting: Hospital

Responsibilities: Urgent cardiac surgery coverage, including patients from the cath lab to surgery; rounding and consultation with surgeon backup

Required Procedures: Vein harvesting

EMR System: Epic

Support Staff: APP; surgeon available for backup after consultation

Days Per Month: 3 weekends per month

On-Call/Weekends: 24-hour call; Friday 5:00 PM Monday 7:00 AM; approximately 4 hours of callback per day including rounding

Requirements:

- Active Pennsylvania PA license or IMLC/LOQ in hand

- DEA required

- Minimum 3 years of experience
