Job Description

PRST is looking for Journey Level Electricians to support Electrical Contractors throughout Northridge and Los Angeles County. In this temporary role, you’ll earn $35.00 – $45.00 an hour DOE, enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule.

MUST have a CA State Journeyman License or active ET Card. No exceptions.

Install conduit, wiring, and electrical components such as panels, switchgear, lighting, and motors in commercial buildings.
Diagnose malfunctions in systems and perform necessary repairs to restore functionality.
Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan wiring layouts.
Conduct preventative maintenance, inspect electrical systems, and maintain a safe, clean job site.
Mentor, train, and supervise apprentices and helper electricians on-site.

- E-Verify: Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on commercial and/or residential construction job sites preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and laws in your area.
- Have all of the tools of your trade on hand and be able to bring them to your job site.
- California Journey Level License or ET Card required.
