Front Desk Associate

Front Desk Associate Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Schedule: Flexible --- shifts may include 7:00 AM--3:00 PM or 3:00 PM--11:00 PM . Schedule and days may vary. Weekends and holidays are required. Position Summary We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our hotel team. The Front Desk Associate is often the first and last point of contact for our guests, so providing a warm, welcoming, and professional experience is essential. Responsibilities - Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude - Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately - Answer phones, respond to guest questions, and provide information about the hotel and local area - Handle reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest requests - Address guest concerns and work to resolve issues promptly and courteously - Maintain accurate records and follow hotel policies and procedures - Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other hotel departments - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area - Assist with other hotel duties as needed Qualifications Excellent customer service skills are required - Friendly, positive, and professional personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance - Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills - Previous hotel or front desk experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person - Must be available to work weekends and holidays - Must be flexible with scheduling and able to work either 7 AM--3 PM or 3 PM--11 PM What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in providing exceptional guest service, and understands that a positive attitude can make a big difference in a guest's stay.
