Your responsibilities include: Lead daily classroom routines for infants and young toddlers Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development Build positive relationships with children and their families Observe, document, and communicate children's progress Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and Discovery Kidzone policies Mentor and support Assistant Teachers while promoting teamwork Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Partner with center leadership to provide exceptional early childhood education What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare or early learning program Experience working with infants or toddlers preferred Leadership experience is a plus, but not required—we provide coaching and mentorship Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent coursework preferred Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Dependable, patient, and passionate about early childhood education CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire) Ability to complete all required Montana licensing, training, and background check requirements Grow Your Career With Us At Discovery Kidzone, we believe great teachers deserve opportunities to grow.
