Referral Program. Job Summary To be a seasonal instructor for Winter 2026/2027 at Vail Resorts. Full and part‑time positions available with competitive wages ranging from $21.00/hr to $64.34/hr, based on certification level and teaching incentives. Job Specifications Starting Wage: $21.00/hr - $64.34/hr. Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may earn more with additional teaching incentives. Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Shift Type: Part Time hours available; number of hours for full‑time instructors vary with business volume. Minimum Age: 16 years. Housing Availability: Yes. Job Responsibilities Teach group and private lessons. Work with guests of all ages and abilities. Deliver world‑class guest service to all guests. Create a safe and fun learning environment. Support all ski school needs including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment. Provide guest feedback that inspires lifelong skiers and riders. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above. Fluent communication in English. Willingness to work with guests of all ages and comfortable with children aged 3 and older. Willingness to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements. Placement contingent upon completing training and meeting minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.
