Performance Expectations for the Tax Manager:
- Light Prep of various tax returns
- Review of various tax returns
- Maintain client relationships
- Train/ lead and develop staff
- Tax Planning & Consulting
- CPA
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in public accounting
- Strong Preparation & Review Experience across multiple return types
- Experienced in tax planning & consulting
- Experience in client management
- Experience leading and developing staff
- Experience with CCH Axcess/ ProSystem Fx is preferred
