What You'll Be Doing Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues Performing preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment Servicing rooftop units, split systems, package units, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, ice machines, and refrigeration systems Reading wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment documentation Performing equipment startups and commissioning Communicating findings and recommendations clearly with customers and team members Maintaining accurate service documentation Ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations What We're Looking For 5+ years of HVAC/R experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Experience working on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Knowledge of electrical controls, motors, compressors, and refrigeration cycles Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with restaurant refrigeration equipment Experience with supermarket or commercial refrigeration systems Experience with building automation and controls OSHA certification Additional manufacturer certifications The Right Person For This Role The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, self-motivated, and committed to doing things the right way.
