Provider Ramp & Offboarding Program Lead

Duly Health and Care seeks a Program Manager for Provider Ramp & Growth to design, launch, and continuously improve a holistic program that accelerates new provider productivity and smooths offboarding processes. You will coordinate across credentialing, scheduling, onboarding, IT, and operations to ensure scalable, repeatable workflows. You will drive performance analytics, partner with Recruiting, HR, and Finance, and build relationships to minimize ramp barriers while maintaining patient care #J-18808-Ljbffr Duly Health and Care
