CDL-A Driver

Responsibilities

• Drive semis and stake trucks with a variety of trailer types including but not limited to dump boxes, low boys, flatbeds and tag trailers
• Load, transport, and unload heavy machinery safely, efficiently, and within the provided scope of work
• Assist Foremen and Apprentices with general duties when not driving/operating as needed
• Confidently operate a variety of heavy equipment for loading
• Maintain equipment safety compliance as regulated by OSHA

Requirements:

• 5+ years of tractor-trailer operation experience with no major driving violations or accidents on MVR
• Valid CDL-A endorsement with air brakes and DOT medical card
• Ability to load, transport, and unload machinery and equipment
• Experience hauling oversize is beneficial but not required
• Experience with gravel trains is beneficial
• High School Diploma or GED
