Days | 10 Hours | 40 hr/Week

Local: $55/hr on W2

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients. The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform independent nursing and delegated medical functions in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patients' health status and clinical needs.
• Administer prescribed medications, therapies, and treatments safely and effectively.
• Provide patient and family education and health counseling.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment and therapy plans.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and communicate concerns appropriately.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Refer patients for additional evaluation or treatment when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory requirements.
• Follow hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.
• Utilize available clinical resources to support quality patient care.
• May float to other departments based on competency, qualifications, and business needs.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Previous RN experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
