$140,000 - $160,000 Base Salary + 10% Bonus

A growing, multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center in Englewood Cliffs is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations across the Operating Room, Pre-Op, and PACU.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established surgery center offering a wide range of specialties including Orthopedics, ENT, GI, Pain Management, Podiatry, and Ophthalmology.

What We're Looking For:

✔ RN with current licensure

✔ OR and/or Pre-Op/PACU experience required

✔ Ambulatory Surgery Center experience strongly preferred

✔ Prior leadership experience as a DON, Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, or similar role

✔ Positive, collaborative leadership style with the ability to build culture and hold teams accountable

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing operations throughout the facility

• Lead quality improvement, risk management, infection control, and staff education initiatives

• Ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery

• Partner with physicians, administrators, and clinical staff to maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance

• Foster a positive work environment and support team development

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred

• Current RN license

• 2+ years of nursing leadership experience preferred

• BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
