What You'll Do

As Tax Manager, you'll serve as both a technical leader and trusted client advisor by:

• Reviewing and preparing individual, business, fiduciary, and related tax returns

• Managing a portfolio of valued client relationships

• Delivering proactive tax planning, projections, and advisory services

• Coordinating tax, accounting, and bookkeeping workflows

• Mentoring and developing accounting and tax professionals

• Reviewing staff work to ensure quality and accuracy

• Assisting with workflow management during busy season

• Researching complex tax and accounting issues

• Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies

• Collaborating with firm leadership on strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who enjoys helping clients succeed, mentoring staff, and improving the way a firm operates.

Qualifications include:

• 7+ years of recent public accounting experience

• CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA)

• Strong experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns

• Excellent client relationship skills

• Leadership and mentoring experience

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

Experience with UltraTax CS, QuickBooks Online, Karbon, multi-state taxation, and modern AI-powered workflow tools is highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits

• $110,000 – $150,000 based on experience
