Construction Litigation Senior Associate

Our client, a real estate powerhouse with a highly regarded construction practice, is seeking to add a Construction Litigation Senior Associate to its team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of construction litigation experience in a midsized or boutique construction practice, representing top tier clients in sophisticated construction disputes.

The Senior Associate must have experience representing large developers, owners and investors in construction litigation, mediation and arbitration, and must possess excellent writing skills to draft pleadings and other documents. In addition, superior presentation and advocacy skills are required for court appearances and depositions, as well as the ability to develop case strategies with clients on matters ranging from design errors and omissions to project delays, breach of contract and more.

Admission to practice law in New York is required. Compensation includes a salary of $245,000 to $275,000, plus liberal bonus and an outstanding benefits package. This is an opportunity for a senior associate to advance, taking greater ownership of client matters and having direct client interaction in this successful construction practice.
