Now Hiring: SLP - Speech Language Pathologist (25/26 School Year) - Colorado

Location: Denver, CO

Contract through the school year

Schedule: 37.5 - 40 hours/week | Follows school district calendar

Setting: Elementary, Middle, and High School openings

Pay:

  • Weekly Pay: $2,437 - $3,000

Your Role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP):
  • Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports.
  • Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems.
  • Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
  • Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals.
  • Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development.
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders, Speech, or Speech Audiology.
  • Valid and current American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Valid and current Colorado certification in Speech Language Pathology; or hold appropriate state license for position
  • Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.
  • Willingness to participate in events outside normal hours, travel as needed, and engage actively in the role.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
