Position Summary

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales & Service Team Member to join our agency. This role combines customer service with sales, helping both new and existing customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs while providing outstanding ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options.
• Generate quotes and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Follow up on leads and referrals to grow the agency's customer base.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and customer requests accurately.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide timely service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Comfortable learning new technology and agency management systems.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) preferred.
