Provide academic and wraparound support services to studentscholars sponsored by the College of Education Grants Officeprograms to ensure progress and success. Assist with management of College of Education Grants Officepartner organizations, including area schools, associatedprincipals and special education staff members. Assist with managing student scholar employment database for allactive grants to assist with the office’s federal reportingrequirements. Assist with grant recruiting efforts Assist with creating Scholarship Request Forms. Plan and promote professional development workshops Create Consultant Services Contracts for workshop leaders. Create faculty Summer Grant-funded contracts as needed. Help with planning travel for students and creating traveldocuments. Provide support for Grants Office sponsored events. Assist with managing the grants office’s project managementworkflow. Collaborate with team members, faculty, and staff associatedwith the College of Education grants. .. Assist with routine file maintenance. Proficient in Microsoft . Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritizecompeting priorities with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well independently and as a part of ateam. Minimum Qualifications These are the job duties for required of the position Education A Bachelor’s degree is required Experience At least three years experience in an office setting. Knowledge Skills and Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritizecompeting priorities with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well independently and as a part of ateam.
