PHYSICAL THERAPIST (MPT/DPT)

As a Physical Therapist at Progeny HR Solutions LLC, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to determine patients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to improve patients' physical function and mobility Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Adhere to ethical and professional standards in accordance with state and federal regulations Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist CPR certification Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
