Our organization is a physician-led, accountable multi-specialty group practice with over 650 providers, presenting an exciting opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a team of 11 Family Medicine specialists in a newly constructed facility exceeding 60,000 square feet. We are eager to welcome a new physician to this location, including recent graduates. The work schedule for this position is structured as follows: for full-time roles, there are 34 patient contact hours, with the flexibility to choose between a 4- or 5-day work week. The call schedule involves shared practice call with other qualified Family Medicine providers, approximately 1:40.

The Caldwell Health Plaza opened its doors last fall and has quickly become a dynamic, fully operational facility, boasting over 60,000 square feet of state-of-the-art space. This Health Plaza caters to community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation in a convenient and accessible setting, conveniently located just off I-84. With a wide range of healthcare services available for families, it provides numerous offerings in one location, including: Extended Hours Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Diabetes Care & Education, Sleep Medicine, Orthopedics, Heart Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, ENT, as well as onsite Lab, X-ray, and ultrasound services.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
• Board certification, or the ability to achieve this certification within three years of employment
• Eligibility for Idaho medical licensure to practice in all aspects of medicine
• Current controlled substance registration with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA
