Non-Interventional Cardiologist

Valley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting a full-time (1.0 FTE) Non-Interventional Cardiologist to join our established, collaborative, and collegial team of providers. Our approach to patient-centered care is team-based. About the position Clinic hours: generally 9 am – 4 pm with additional administrative time for rounds/read echos, etc. Schedule: 4 ten‑hour shifts per week. Call: 1 weekday per week (set day) and average 1:6 weekends. Patient load: average 14 patients per full day, 8‑10 on half days. Typical procedures: coronary angiograms, echocardiograms, stress tests, TEEs, cardioversions. Support staff: 2 RNs, 4 front desk, 10 MAs, 3 device techs, 1 surgery scheduler. Practitioner mix: 13 providers including 4 interventionalists, 3 invasive cardiologists, 3 EPs, 4 APPs. Qualifications Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Cardiology. Ability to obtain medical license in WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority. Preferably >3 years post‑fellowship experience. Location: Renton, Washington, within 30 minutes of downtown Seattle and Bellevue.
